The Role:
As an Apprentice Account Handler, you’ll be learning the ropes of the insurance world while supporting our team in delivering top-notch service to our clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience, build valuable skills, and work towards a professional qualification—all while being part of a friendly, supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning the Industry: Getting to grips with commercial insurance, from policies to claims and everything in between.
- Supporting Clients: Helping to manage client accounts, answering queries, and ensuring they always feel supported.
- Handling Documents: Assisting with paperwork, policy renewals, and keeping records up to date.
- Collaborating with the Team: Working closely with experienced account handlers and executives to develop your knowledge and skills.
- Growing Your Career: Taking on training, gaining qualifications, and building a future in the insurance industry.
